Lemma not an option on Right-Click menu

My wife purchased the Bronze L10 package. I was trying to show her how to right click on a work and see the Lemma BWS panel. When she right clicks on a word the Lemma option does not appear. Is this a settings issue or something else?

She can get to the Lemma from the BWS panel if she clicks on the word graph and then click on the Lemma shown, but that's extra steps. She should have the option from a right click on the word. Here's what she sees:

And here's what I see on my laptop (we both have a Mac laptop):

Notice how the context menus on the left are different on her machine (fewer options) than on mine. What's up?

I think it's probably your wife's system doesn't have the Reverse Interlinear for the LSB - https://www.logos.com/product/253171/the-legacy-standard-english-greek-new-testament-reverse-interlinear 

As far as I can see this is not included in Logos 10 Bronze (it is in Silver)

To check if this is the issue, I recommend opening the Info panel on the LSB on your wife's system and checking if Interlinears are shown there

please illustrate this. Is the LSB the only bible

It appears her LSB has an Interlinear, but it is only picking up the Strong's Greek. Please show the Interlinear pane for the LSB.

Does she have the Bronze Feature set?

The RI can be purchased with the LSB, and this is indicated by the RI symbol in the toolbar. But I doubt she has the Lemma datasets from Bronze Features.
