I've tried this and it does not work:
lemma.g:καί AND lemma.g:ἀντί
I assume you set the range to verse not chapter. When I have done so, it works correctly for me. The search, however, is run against the Greek not the English so some translations may have a single verse in Greek but two in English.

Hm. Seems it does for me:

What are you trying to accomplish with this? kai ("and") can occur many times in a verse (Eph 5:31). Do you require them in close proximity as related terms?
I want a logic and not the word and.
I think Dave was just translating the kai in your verse. Does this link work? https://ref.ly/logos4/Search?kind=BibleSearch&q=lemma.g%3a%CE%BA%CE%B1%CE%AF+AND+lemma.g%3a%E1%BC%80%CE%BD%CF%84%CE%AF&syntax=v2&documentlevel=verse&match=stem&in=raw%3aSingle%7CResourceId%3dLLS%3a1.0.710&viewkind=passages
As it works for us, we need you to (a) verify your search is set to verse not chapter and, (b) if it is set correctly, we need a screen shot of your search panel - the entire panel uploaded via the paperclip or amber icons. I'm sure the answer is simple but I have no way to identify it.
Yes, my problem was I didn't notice the chapter/verse switch. Verse worked fine.
