Shalom Beloved,
What exactly is the problem? I have looked at your screenshot but I can not see anything odd. (I have even checked another digital edition of Klein just to be sure.)
Is the issue related to this:

The mark □ after a syllable or a group of syllables in Hebrew (as in □ מִ) indicates that this syllable or group of syllables is a prefix. The mark □ before a syllable or a group of syllables in Hebrew (as in □יוּת) indicates that this syllable or group of syllables is a suffix. The mark called ‘metheg’ in Hebrew (□ֽ) is placed under the letter stressed in penultimate accented syllables.Square brackets [ ] denote the etymological part of the entry.

Perhaps the worrisome thing is the box instead of Hebrew letters. But this is only a guess on my part.
Indeed, it looks like the situation when a font isn't installed. But as explained in the chapter called "SYMBOLS USED IN THIS DICTIONARY", the box functions as a general replacement character.

Thanks MJ., for the info. I had just obtained the resource before bedding down for the evening; so I hadn't had a chance to review it thoroughly. I also appreciate the input of the gentleman.
