Pre-Pub "Ships" Yesterday; Not Showing Anywhere

I ordered Healing What’s Within: Coming Home to Yourself--and to God--When You're Wounded, Weary, and Wandering, by Chuck DeGroat. Says "Ships 10/8/2024," which is yesterday (book release date).

It didn't ship. Nowhere to be seen in my library, card hasn't been charged, but oddly, the ebook is available for purchase on the Website as if it is finished and exists.

Anyone have a guess what's going on? Emailed customer service, but thought I might try for a quicker answer here.

This happens every time for me with FLEB books... They know about it but have never fixed it. I routinely check the next day and just purchase it

Ha! You mean it will never "ship" otherwise? 

That's a practical workaround, at least. Thanks.
