Sidebar translation is no longer available.

I have been a user of the subscription-based Logos service for quite some time and recently subscribed to Logos Pro early access. However, I've noticed that some features, such as the translation sidebar that I frequently use, have disappeared.

I still get the summary sidebar and that's it. Nothing else even in the context menu the translation just vanished.

Could you please clarify why this is happening? I'm wondering if I should cancel my current subscription and return to my Faithlife Connect plan. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be appreciated. Thank you for your help.

You should still have it under "Tools" on the resource menu. Is this button missing?

Hi Jean-Claude - and welcome to the forums

My understanding is the Translation feature requires Logos Max.

If so, would that explain what you are seeing?

    Thanks, Graham

Justin.... I have Pro (Early Access) ... but I don't have what you show on your screen. What subscription do you have?

xn = Christan  man=man -- Acts 11:26 "....and the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch".

I don't think this is really an option, all Faithlife Connect subscriptions have been switched or will be switched soon to the new Logos Premium/Pro/Max subscription plans. It seems that currently the Logos Max subscription is the only one offering the translation feature (a Verbum Max plan is expected to come soon with basically the same functionality but presumably a different set of books) - the other alternative is buying one of the larger Feature Sets that contain the translation for desktop.

I have Logos Pro but I got access to the Logos 10 full feature set when Logos gave it to Logos Now subscribers. I was under the impression that since the OP had Faithlife connect that he should not have lost any features. But if he cancelled his old subscription and signed up manually, that might have messed the conversion process up.

Justin, are you on the beta channel? I ask because I think xman may be referring to your toolbar.
