While this is not all the support needed for Biblical names, this is a clean example of what is required.

How are you envisioning this being implemented in Logos?
A faceted dataset would be my preference. A Factbook section would be a poor second choice. But since they are in the midst of a restructuring, I'll leave it to them to decide what is most in keeping with their long-range goals.
