Was trying to see all the parts where God talks to the devil
I found all expect the part in eden when God speaks to the serpent

Logos does not have that tagged as Satan but as person:"Serpent deceiving Eve." Although that serpent is identified with Satan in Revelation 12:9, Logos doesn't usually do that kind of theological interpretation in tags. But the devil is tagged as person:Satan, as in Jude 9 and the "ruler of this world" is tagged as Satan in John 12:31. So it is not consistent.
So you can do
(speaker:Jesus OR speaker:God) INTERSECTS (addressee:"Serpent deceiving Eve" OR addressee:Satan)
Technically, it is
speaker:person:Jesus, etc., but the person tag is implied.
KS4J's suggestion in the post that Graham linked to is also very good.
As a fun side note, if you go to the Bible Browser and look under "Reported Speech," you can select God as the speaker and then see all of the Addressees to filter through and see if there is anything else that interests you.
The Bible Browser is great tool that is often overlooked. Great to point this out.
