bug: Keyboard shortcuts for Previous or Next

The resource Toolbar has up/down arrows for the Previous/Next Article, Book, Search Result, etc.

When I hover over the arrow, it shows the keyboard shortcuts that should work: Ctrl+Shift+Up and Ctrl+Shift+Down.

When I press the specified keyboard shortcut, it does not go to the Next or Previous item. It acts just like pressing the Up or Down key alone

    The actually keyboard shortcut on Windows is Alt+Up and Alt+Down. We just messed up the tooltip. It's correct in the Help. We'll get the tooltip fixed.
