Where can I view parallel books in version 37?
I am on the new subscription version 37. When viewing a resource (e.g. a Commentary), I can still use the left and right arrows to step through parallel books but I can't find the double slash icon (//) that allows me to view the list of parallel sets. Is that icon available? If so, where?

Bust my britches! Thanks Mark! (Don't tell anyone that I spent 15 minutes looking for it. [:D] )

Thanks Mark, this was driving me crazy. I was just planning to ask on the forums when I saw this post.
@Ralph, At least you were not alone in this struggle[:P]0 -
When I located this small down arrow to see Parallel Books in my Commentary window, I missed the author information I used to see on mouseover of the parallel books dropdown. I have favored/unfavored authors within commentary series I own, I haven't memorized the authors of every commentary in an OT/NT commentary series. I hope this useful function on mouseover gets returned to the parallel books dropdown.

I too was befuddled by this change. I have used left-right arrow SO LONG, I am very sad to see that has been removed.
Is there a new "one-key" method of quickly cycling through the parallel books? the new method requires a mouse click PLUS scrolling to where your current resource is in the list, then clicking on the next one. Rinse and repeat repeat repeat.
If the purpose of this UI/UIX "update" was to make things SIMPLER ... I apologize for the complaint but this is demonstrably HARDER.
Please somehow restore a simple keyclick as before. Alt+ or Ctl+ is fine but please don't require the mouse and scrolling!

The left and right arrows still work for me on Windows 11. Ralph also said he could still do that, too, and was looking for the view to show both at once. Are you on Mac?

On a Mac the right/left arrow keys still work as they do on a PC. Not sure, Jim, why you are having trouble with them.

You're not the first person to say this, so I'm starting to worry we have one of those pesky bugs only happens on some machines, none of which are in the building. We definitely did NOT intend to make left/right stop working for parallel resources. Does LEFT/RIGHT work for you now, or still no dice?

It's working for me too. I did find that I had to click inside the resource panel itself first (where the book text is). If the cursor is in the reference box or search box it doesn't work. But that's not a new thing, you always had to do that.
I actually find that the right/left arrow is working better than with the old panel. It doesn't seem to have that weird glitch where the cursor sometimes jumps into the reference box when you switch versions and you have to keep re-clicking inside the book. Maybe they cleared out whatever ancient code was causing that when they revamped the panel.

Thanks for your reply. The very first reply IIRC said it worked for them and I rechecked and discovered the issue and replied that the problem was no longer an issue.
unfortunately the forum doesn’t let me delete the thread or close it (that I know of), so multiple replies keep coming in.
the answer was that I needed to first click on the body of the panel before doing left right.
if y’all want to improve it, allow left and right to work when I click the top tab itself where the name of the resource is. That’s sort of the intuitive location Imo.=============

This is great! I spent at least 15 minutes looking for this too. Thanks for asking!
