Proposed Future Use for AI Regarding Academic Use

I am a doctoral student at seminary, currently pursuing a Th.D with my sights set on a future Ph.D. In writing my current doctoral thesis, I have read and researched a large volume of books and data. I have taken notes within logos. it would be nice if I could give AI a voice command to "organize all of my research by book and in chronological order, in order to more readily access those notes when writing the paper. Right now, I must go through the notes which have multiples sources jumbled together and have to sift through all of that information a second time. Are there any plans to aid those in academic settings with AI features like this which would greatly reduce the amount of time to produce an academic paper and/or write a commentary or for academic journals? Other commands which would be useful would be "produce a bibliography of all sources which I have consulted". I am also supposing that there would need to be a means of organizing all of that information within one folder or be able to specify by name, the particular notebook where those notes are located. Producing a bibliography from every open resources is well and good if you have a fast processor and lots of ram, and a small number of resources. That may not be tenable if the number of resources consulted for a Thesis or Dissertation is a large number spanning months of research.

Is there the possibility for the software, when used for academic research, to automatically catalog the sources you have opened for a particular Thesis Layout which has been created when working on it? I'm just brainstorming for some possible uses for the AI tech which would greatly reduce the amount of time to produce the paper from endless sifting of all previous research, which may have been in some cases months earlier from the time of writing the paper.

Thank You,

Rob
