On many of my Layouts, the width of the panel does not allow all the new tabs to show up. And often, for that Layout, I normally only need one or two of the new tabs' functions for that Layout's purpose.
Please allow us to DRAG TABS to rearrange them, including the HOME tab.
For the same thin-panel reason, please allow us to DRAG Sub-Toolbar-Row TABS to rearrange them as well.
Finally ... very important ... please make those rearrangements PERSIST, for that named Layout (other layouts might have a different arrangement) ... presuming we click the "Update Active" button.
