Currently, the Insights Sidebar only appears on an open Bible tab. It would be nice if it could be opened as a separate tab or pane, as if it were a full-fledged Tool. For example, the current Power Lookup Tool will follow the currently active Bible tab (as the Insights Sidebar does), but it can be located anywhere in a Layout.
