Using Verbum/Logos on a tablet is very important to me, but it seems to be almost left for dead as far as improvements and basic functions. Interface is horrible. Even to activate interlinear functions I need to go to 'configurations' etc. Lots of steps. And if I just wanted to check my work and get that out again, oh my. All those steps many times.
But the worst thing is the basic translation tool. On PC, just hovering gets the basics done. On the tablet, I have to hold to select and the translation 'pops up'. The worst part is that even with dozens of resources, it offers horrible translation. Now "google translate" (the very basic) is the first thing offered. Any resource (lexicons etc) appears (sometimes) below it, and usually wrongly. And it seems to me it got worse even after all the AI promises. Come on! "Google translate" for biblical languages?
Is it on my side? I'm usually fine with configurations and searching etc. So I believe it's on Logos's side. What's wrong with it? I would imagine that Logos on modern tablets would be a big thing for Logos, but it seems relegated to be almost an outdated 'abandonware'.
Will it be brought up to close the standards of the PC version, even with all the tech limitations? Can't be that low in terms of possibilities. Is it on Logos' plans?
Thanks and God bless!
