So I own the NT volume.

I have the OT volumes on pre-order at $41.99

However, if I want to order the 2 volume set, my price is $55.32.

In the past where I've pre-ordered sets including volumes I own, the price for the set including the book I don't own has been cheaper than ordering the missing volume on its own.
What is your price for this? https://www.logos.com/product/369230/2025-preacher-silver-library
The above is included in it.
I agree that the 2 volume set is priced wrong, not dynamic.

I could buy that library for $140. I just can't convince myself that I would benefit from the other books, despite there being plenty of books I'd acquire for "only" an additional $100.
The reason I asked is it's only $15 for me. So it makes sense for me.
Michael Eaton was my favourite preacher. If you can buy for $15 I'd strongly recommend. His commentary is basically a summary of his sermons throughout the whole Bible. He was mentored by Martyn Lloyd-Jones.
To anyone interested in this resource, it was originally published in multiple volumes in a series called Preaching Through the Bible. Each chapter gave a 3 page commentary on each passage, that could form the springboard for your own sermon. Michael lived in Africa and so his commentaries were written to suit people for whom English was their second language. Because of this he also avoids illustrations that would only speak to westerners.
I suspect the dynamic pricing is wrong because it doesn't take into account the pre-pub price of the OT volume.
Buying in the Silver Leader library if definitely worth considering.
