My 2 cents: Logos could improve its nomenclature (titles and all). Instead of "need some help?", it would be better to be clear with "Tutorials and help". Instead of "What would you like to do today?" (have an Ice cream, thank you very much!), maybe "Features and study tools".
Logos personnel constantly acknowledge the difficulty users have with the platform, and that's great! But it would go a long way to try to be clear and direct with study tools and tutorials on such a big platform rather than 'cute' and 'help desk-like' generic. That doesn't work on big complicated study platforms, just on simple apps and the like. Users need tutorials, videos and clarity on directions.
Also: use the Dashboard more! Fill it with tools and tutorials, instructions and examples. Don't hide them behind "need some help?" or "Ask about Verbum/Logos" (don't 'ask about', but 'find answers' or 'search tutorials and help'). Open a 'Discovery' section on the Dashboard for new features, but with clear and direct names, a 'what's new' clear and well explained with short tutorials and articles.
Even if you post with links to youtube videos, a direct and clear link is better than 'ask about'.
P.S. - OK, not only maybe very secondary, but this will sound petty with all that is going on, but the new 'splash screen' for subscription could use more Christ and the Word of God and less 'tech feel'. The old Verbum splash screen was beautiful. Just saying...
