Subscription upgrade -

For a few years now I have really felt that my $20,000 investment of the last 17 years was a complete waste, and now you truly show us that have "purchased" your electrons and made you rich that our investment was worth nothing. Someone can get what I spent hard earned money on for almost nothing.
You should grant all of us who invested so much in your company free subscriptions for 10 years at least.

I would wish you had participated in the year's forum debate on this issue, using your strength of opinion to push back at Logos, rather than waiting till the company has done the deed, wherein the die is cast upon us customers.

As we have always done, we pay for new Resources and Features. However, everything you currently own works just fine and even benefits from the periodic free software upgrades. $20,000 is a big investment, and I can hardly imagine the actual retail value of that! I suppose the value is in using it, rather than merely owning it.

I don't understand this - can you clarify why you think this to be the case?

Care to share how the move to Subscription only for future customers renders your investment worthless? Everything is still accessible from before the subscription launch, and they've committed to keeping the core engine - along with all features you purchased in your last software upgrade - available for free.
If you're annoyed by the move to subscriptions, I get it! And I don't mind if you sound off. But if your library has become worthless, then I'm sure many of us - most obviously customer service at Logos - would love to help you regain access.0 -
Piling on, I imagine that not getting a subscription would be pretty much how Verbum operates now as we wait for November 11th. I haven’t made up my mind yet, but I’m not worried if I don’t get it.
