iPad, the new subscription and AI
Hi there
I wondered if anyone could invite me on how the new subscription model affects the iPad app. For example it’s unclear from the documentation, unless I missed it, whether the AI features such as summarisation work on the iPad app or not. is there a page or summary somewhere of what features are/are not available on the iPad? It is also unclear whether these features will work on the android app too.
I am assuming that I can continue to use the iPad app with my existing feature set whether I subscribe or not, but is it right that Iwould not receive forthcoming updates?
thanks Paul

Correct.

I assume that things will remain as they have been... which means that there will be new features you will have to have access to, but also new features which will be free to everyone.

Yes they do - https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/24820133213325-Mobile-Summarize-Tool outlines this
Basically most of the AI-enabled features are available on mobile with a subscription.
The sermon assistant features are only available on tablets and not phones.
And this should be the same across Android and iOS. (Sermon builder capability on Android is new with the subscription release and, I think, some features might not be available there yet but am not sure)

Thanks both that is really helpful. can you help me decode this https/support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/21081346488205-What-s-included-in-Logos-subscriptions perhaps? Most of the features say they are available on Web and Mobile, but the sermon Assistance says it’s available on iPad. Are mobile and iPad used interchangeably? does iPad mean iPad only and mobile, mobile only? or on mobile and iPad synonymous?

Mobile refers to both tablets and phones - so features available on mobile should work whatever mobile device you have.
But some features - such as Sermon Builder and Sermon Assistant - only work on tablets which is why it specifically refers to iPads there.
