I don't doubt the BWS lemma Σαῦλος belongs 6 times in the Lemmas in Passage section for this book, but the highlight should be for 6 different occurrences.
This looks like a tagging error to me. There are only three occurrences of the transliterated word Saulos in that article. I'll forward the report to the data team.
