BUG: Highlight-Tool

If you call up the highlighter tool from the full screen mode of a resource, Logos switches to the other window and opens the highlighter panel there. I still don't have it in the full-screen resource.

The highlighting tool does not open "in a resource." It opens in a separate panel. If you are running a panel in full screen, you can put the highlighting tool into a tab BEHIND the resource. Conversely, you can add a new panel to your floating window by clicking and dragging the highlighting tool panel into the floating window.
