The popup shows the note and the Bible text.

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking for, but if I understand, then 'yes.'
If you make a note in any book and include a note marker, hovering over that marker will produce a popup of the top part of that note. Clicking it will open the notes file at that note.

Typically occurs when a reference is made to text in a Bible Commentary, either internal or external where Bible is the datatype used.. Easily done in a Personal Book, not in a Note.
