I've been reading up on the use of patronyms (and such) in early Biblical times and have come to question the Logos coding. For example, Joshua, son of Nun is treated as the full name, and Joshua as the short form of the name. The patronym "son of Nun" is also shared by all the brothers of Joshua and does not refer specifically to Joshua. So when I see:

I suspect I'm being given bad data. "son of Nun" does not occur 28 times referring to Joshua but rather the full name "Joshua, son of Nun" occurs 28 times referring to Joshua, and Joshua standing alone occurs 177 time (205-28). Similarly, the reference "son of Nun, who stands before you" should be simply the full name "Joshua, son of Nun". The sibling problem makes it highly unlikely that "son of Nun" can be separated as a reference.
