Attention FL: 30% Off Launch Discount Question for Spanish Libraries

If the coupons for the Spanish products are separated and don’t apply to English products, how come when it comes to purchasing my first library I don’t get 30% off a Spanish library and 30% off an English library? After all, Verbum and the new denominational libraries will have a separate 30% off when they come out.
I feel, in a way, we’re not getting the same treatment; especially when it comes to the 1 free mobile ed course. We should be able to get a free one in Spanish (as I did in version 10). If you think about it, you’re treating both departments as separate entities with the coupons and I’m actually investing in both departments when I make purchases, so I should be able to get separate benefits from both.
Anyway this can be changed?

I do have the same problem with German. I want to buy an English 2025 package but it seemed to me that I need the English subscription. I had the Early Access Max but I wanted the German subscription and base packages but it didn't apply the discounts at the launch weekend, when I tried to get discounts for the German packages. So I switched to the German sub.
I want a bilingual subscription because I want the perks of both the subscriptions. Also I can't decide for which language I buy the 2-year licence for.
