The problem is when you run an All search the smart search synopsis may be using books that you do not own. If those were not on top of the search result, then it would be confusing. If you want the smart synopsis using your books then you need to do a search on Books.
What I think you want is for Factbook cards to populate with a Book search because that is the only difference in the results that I can see other than providing summaries of books you do not own.
