Read aloud in android mobile app

Hi - I have bought Logos through Bible school back in 2021. 

I don't have the option read aloud on my mobile app except for audio book downloaded. 

Nothing in my settings helps either and I don't even have the accessibility option on the mobile app. Is this a version issue?
