Need to clean up space

I'm wondering what the "Guided Learning" folder is on my Mac. I'm trying to clean up space and if it is just some class or something that I'll never use, I'd prefer to have the 13GB back.  How do I go about getting rid of it?

Also, is there any way to move my entire library, easily, onto an external hard drive (on my mac)?
