Sermon Text has Disappeared

I was going back to look at several sermons I'd written from about a year ago. The document still exists, but the text is missing. It's all disappeared. This has happened to at least half a dozen sermons, but probably more. Has this happened to anyone? Does anyone know what to do?

Sorry to hear about what you are seeing - that sounds very concerning.

I don't remember it happening to me or seeing it reported.

I suggest you try the Revert to previous version option (the second icon from the left in the right sidebar) - there is a section on this in the article at https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016747391-Writing-Sermons-Using-Sermon-Builder

Does this enable you to recover the text of your sermons?

Hi John, that does sound concerning! Graham has given great advice: trying the Revision History sidebar described in that article would be my first stop.

One other thought: when you first install there is some background syncing that occurs. If this is the case, the document content should "catch up" once syncing has made its way through the documents. You could check your sermon on app.logos.com and ensure that the content is still in one piece.

Would you mind giving me a few sermon titles that have exhibited this behavior for you? I would like to take a look and see if there is anything going on with document syncing that we need to fix.
