You know that tags are a user thing, right? I personally tag bibles with an RI with a tag named "RI", not with "interlinear" (which a significant enough number of users used on two German language bibles - but not on any other RI-enabled bible). Morover, whether a specific bible is RI-enabled is part of a user's licenses owned and subscribed, so if a community tag told you "RI" or "interlinear", this doesn'T tell whether the bible in your library have a reverse interlinear or not.
However: to do such tagging, you can find bibles with RI in a bible search of non-greek bibles for data that is only contained in RIs, such as a rare Louw-Nida number: LouwNida:93.571
