A comment by Sean Boisen on another thread says this:
The particular change here had to do with correcting a loss of link
precision for links generated by Copy location as: Url (in 4.0d when
positioned on a heading you get links to a page instead). But the link
format itself has not changed in 4.1: it just provides a better
location.
This 'better' location is excellent, especially for producing reading lists. But the reading list format should insert the heading you are positioned on into the link. This works for dictionaries, but not for monographs where it inserts the page number instead. I'd much rather it inserted the heading if I was positioned on a heading (I'd prefer it for commentaries, too). Here's the current behaviour
