There's sometimes much confusion on this matter. Please see http://www.logos.com/support/reportaproblem for Logos's current official word on how to bring things to their attention.
Thanks for the link. I wondered if this link goes for all Logos projects or just the ones listed on the linked page.
For example, I just ran across an unanswered forum post about E4 library viewing on Biblia.com It seems the Matthew Henry Commentary file has a problem,. (Apparently it is the old & rare Libronix format E4 CD)
I had no idea where to refer the question. Would this page be the place?

When in doubt, I think support (at) logos (dot) com is a good default. They'd know who to refer the question to.
If it's a problem with the file, and it's an old no longer supported product, I'm guessing the solution would be to convert the person's license to the other working version of Matthew Henry Commentary, which is also the complete unabridged text: ftp://ftp.logos.com/lbxbooks/mhenry.lbxlls. I'd actually be surprised if the user didn't own that already, since it's included in all the base packages and has been for years. But whatever, it does seem like a question for Customer Support.

I am the one that posted the problem with the Matthew Henry Commentary file. Unfortunately the later MH file is not available in Library.com or Biblia.com. The earlier E4 file does appear on my Biblia.com site. I do not think that the latest file has been made available online; but I do have the license in my base package. A search on Biblia.com for something that yields a hit in the MH Complete Commentary yields a link to E4's file which doesn't come up in the standard view of Biblia, but I am able to bring it up in the mobile view. There appears to be an anomoly in the file that prevents it from loading in the Rt. pane of Biblia.com.

I think you'll need to take that up with Logos Tech Support. It sounds like it's something they'll need to fix at their end. Occasionally the Logos developers chime in on these forums, but they might not notice this thread, so to get the best response you should contact Logos.

I have sent them a note via Biblia feedback. This is not a major game changer just a notification that there is a problem on Biblia with a specific resource. (e4-mhcv6)
