Problem with internal links in Logos4 Bugs wiki page

Open wiki page http://wiki.logos.com/Logos_4_Bugs
Click a bug link eg. Bug: "Add note" references are treated differently -> it generates URL http://wiki.logos.com/Bug$3a_$22Add_note$22_references_are_treated_differently?id=03e7ee99-1e7a-415d-8137-2a26ec21081d
Click the Forum link --> URL is scrambled & produces Page not found error in FF & IE.

You have to copy & paste the Forum link to access the thread.
