Visual Filters & Copy / Paste Tool

Hello all. An obscure question:
Is there any way to keep the colors applied in a visual filter when copy and pasting text into Pages, Word or something else? I know this is sort of obscure, but I'm a seminary student who would benefit from presenting different Hebrew stems in different colors in presentations and projects. I love using the filters when I'm studying, but wish there was a way to get those filters into some sort of presentation format. I can always do the search and then highlight manually, as I have been, I just figured I'd check in case I can save myself the time.
Again, I apologize for the out-of-nowhere question.
Thanks...

[I] Screenshot - Apple Pro Tip for screen capture to clipboard => http://www.apple.com/pro/tips/secretcapture.html Then use Preview:
* File => New from clipboard
* Use select tool to highlight desired text (default Preview tool)
* Copy (command + c)
* File => New from clipboard
* Tools => Annotate (as desired with arrows, ovals, rectangles, and text with color choices)
* Select All (command + a)
* Paste into Pages, Word, or something else
* Optional: save file as jpeg (often can reduce image size without affecting readability)

Michelle, I am not sure if there was an answer to this. I am having the same problem. I use the visual filters to delimit clauses and with the update I can no longer do that. Are there any fixes to this? Thanks!
