Logos 4 (Beta 4) - The Norman Geilser Aplogetics Library on CD-Rom

I recently installed Norman L. Geisler Apologetic Library on CD-Rom about a week ago but only four of the five Norman L. Geisler Apologetic Library on CD-Rom books were downloaded into my Logos library which include:

1) Christian Apologetucs
2) Why I Am A Christian
3) When Crtitics Ask
4) When Skeptics Ask

but the Baker Encyclopedia of Christian Apologetics book is not in my library.  I beleive it is still trying to somehow be downloaded because ever since i activated the Norman L. Geisler Apologetic Library on CD-Rom a Logos Bible Software 4 update is ready to be installed, but when I click Yes to install it an error occurs while extracting the archive and then my Logos Bible software won't even open when I Cancel the Update.  

I already had Logos Bible Software 4 (Beta 4) installed on my Mac so I emailed my serial number for the disk to dave@logos.com and he installed it, but the Baker Encyclopedia of Christian Apologetics book is not in my library. Please help.

You could try the "scan optical media" command.  First, put the CD-Rom in your computer.  In the command line of L4 Mac, type "scan optical media" and press enter.  Quit L4 (Make sure you actually quit L4, and not just close the program on your desktop).  Open L4 and and check to see if the books are added to your library.  If this does not work, your only other option is to call customer support.  By the way, if you are running L4 Mac Beta 4, I would install the newest Beta (Beta 11).  I have no way of knowing, but updating to Beta 11 might resolve the this issue.  You can download Beta 11 at http://www.logos.com/logos4mac.  If nothing else, you will benefit from the optimization in Beta 11.  It is a significant speed increase even over Beta 10.
