Does anyone know how to encode the Logos Bible Reading Plan to accept Dr. Horner's Bible Reading Plan? Am using YouVersion.com's setup, but it is bulkier than Logos.

John no official way to do this... but there is an unoffical back door method which you can undertake at your own risk...... see wiki for details:

John, the wiki instructions work. I carefully followed the instructions and it works like a charm. So nice to use the plan in Logos.
Well I've been getting somewhat tired of reading 100 chapters a day. Horner's Bible reading plan is unique. I was simple reading 10 chapters a day using my own plan but I thought, "Ok, 100 chapters a day will stretch the heck out of me, but let's giver."
As it turns out, I misread the instructions and instead of reading only 1 chapter from each section I was reading 10 from each section, Gee, could have continued to read 3000 chapters a month.
Well I guess it's true that guys aren't that keen of reading instructions. My bad.
