Parallels 6
If you are still using a virtual machine and have not upgraded to the new Parallels 6 for Mac, I would recommend it. I have used Fusion 3 and Parallels 5 extensively with Logos and had found Parallels to be much more responsive with fewer video anomalies and better integration. After upgrading to Parallels 6 I definitely notice even more speed and responsiveness in Logos. I think it is faster than the current Mac version, which is terribly sad since the virtual machine ties up so much of the computer's resources. I truly hope that extensive optimization will become a priority as we near the final release.
FWIW I am using a rather modest configuration of Core 2 Duo, 2.4 Ghz, 4 gig ram. (The VM uses twice to three times the ram, nearly maxing out the 4gigs.)

At this point I think the Mac version of Logos is good enough that a virtual Windows version is no longer needed. (This is fairly recent.)

True. However, I present the information for those that may still like the Win ver. for printing, export, sent. diagraming, etc. as well as other apps that may be Win only.

I would like to amend my earlier conclusions in light of the RC-2 Mac release. This latest release, for me, shows great improvement in speed, from contextual menus to PG, I see great strides forward. Thanks you Mac devs. Still waiting on completed syntax search window and the standard Mac File menu (sorry, just threw that last one in for grins. Its late and I'm tired).

Michael, I am running Logos on my Mac and on Parallels 6. I noticed that while in Parallels 6 I get updates but while running Logos in Mac I am not getting updates. do yo have this problem?

The L4 Win program updates will always be different from the L4 Mac as they are not the same program and are adding features at different rates. Now if you purchase a book, the resource should download and install those resources at the same time.
