Not indexing for 3 hours

I had succesfully downloaded and installed Beta 5. When it started indexing I Paused it and allowed the 1.2 GB resource download to start. After it finished (about 3.5 hrs) it indicated that indexing would resume in 25 minutes and then I received the message that my library was being indexed. I went out and it was the same message after 3 hours!

I restarted the computer and it began to index properly!

I wonder if it was waiting another 4 hours from the time it said my library was being indexed?
