Thanks for bringing this to our attention; it will be fixed in 4.1 SR-2. (4.1 added code to index some data type references that were being overlooked before, but it would sometimes index them in the wrong position, which triggered this warning. If you had searched for one of the references, you would have seen a search hit highlight in the wrong location.)
