Bug: Printing bottom margin is wrong 4.1 RC2

When printing, if I choose 1/2 inch margins on all sides, the bottom margin is actually less than 1/4 inch, so the bottom of the page is cut off. This is due to the footer on every page stating the source and "Exported from Logos Bible Software". This would not be a problem if the user could choose their own margins or if the margin included the footer.

Thanks. While I think of it, it would be nice to have the option for what pages this footer appears on. It is great on the first page, but I don't see the need on every page. But that is just me.
