Replacement disc?

I ordered a product here a couple of years ago. I had to replace my old computer, but I can not find what I did with the Logos disc. Is there any way that I can order just a replacement disc, or download the files online if possible?

It was one of the higher-end versions so it would be appreciated if I am able to have it replaced!

Short answer, Probably yes.

What is the product you are referring to? Is it a Logos base package or a third party product like Word Biblical Commentary or The Essential IVP Reference Collection?

Did you synchronize your licenses with the Logos server?

Do you know your "User ID"? Don't publish it in the forum! I just need to know if you can get into your account records

If you install Logos 4, and sign in with the same email address you used as your customer ID in Logos 3, then everything will download for you. If you install Logos 3 it's a two-step process, but you should still get everything back.

The important thing is to use the same customer ID you were using before. If you can't remember it, Customer Services will be able to tell you what it was.

When you logged on to the forums you may also be able to access your account. On the top right of your screen there should be a link that will take you to your account.

If your forum sign-in is the same as your registered account the link will take you to an account overview page. Your Libronix user ID is located in the center of the page (just to the right of the currency selector box.)

At the top you will see a "My Orders" tab that lists purchases made from the Logos.com website. Note this list will not include anything you bought from a third party seller website or store. Even if those are registered already in your name. This is only an order list, not an account summary of all your licensed products. From the list you can click on individual orders you have made from Logos and most will have a download link in the order summary for both Logos 4 (if you have upgraded) or Libronix (Version 3) That is another good reason to always buy from Logos.com . Third parties don't maintain that type of a list.

Mark Barnes gave links that will get you the download of Scholar Gold. If you can sign into see your account page you should also be able to sync your licenses with the Logos servers and unlock the whole Scholars Gold library.

Wow, Scholars Gold CD misplaced and you aren't panicking as you post your concern? You must have known Logos would take care of you. Incidentally, if you hit a roadblock in this process Customer Service can help you Monday. (Murphy's Law, you know these things always happen on weekends.)

Yeah, I'm not too 'panicked' about it because I knew I would be able to restore it somehow, I just didn't know where to go for it. I'll post again if this stuff works.

As it turns out, I was looking for something completely unrelated earlier today, and guess what: I found the disc! Thanks a lot for the help though.
