Bug: Some hidden resources missing from Library Catalog

This one might be for Bradley.

Whilst looking at catalog.db, I noticed that some of my hidden resources do not appear in catalog.db, whilst other ones do. Although this is not affecting the performance of Logos, it seems as though this might be a bug, and certainly causes an issue for those of us who read data from that file for other purposes.

If I unhide the affected resource, it sometimes gets downloaded and added to my library - but not always. I'm currently missing Westcott and Hort Greek New Testament (1881) With Morphology, for example.

When I re-hide resources, it seems to work correctly.

I had problems with unhiding in the past.  I've had to run update resources to get the unhidden resources, more often than not.
