Factbook tags filter standardization

While Factbook tags are primarily on Bibles with interlinears, they are not limited to them e.g. the Speaking to God interactive, Biblical People Diagrams. Therefore, please consistently offer the selection of tags to be shown or hidden anytime the Factbook icon offers the option to show/not show is offered.
