4.1RC2: Bug: Merge Index doesn't work if you've just hidden a resource

To reproduce: * Make sure you have a supplemental index. * Hide any resource. * Type merge index in the command bar. * Indexer will fire up, remove the hidden resource from the index, and then close, without merging the index.

Yea, the indexer is no good at multi-tasking eg. if it is indexing and then processes a download it may not resume indexing!

Also recall that you're supposed to restart Logos after hiding a resource in order for it to actually get hidden. So if you haven't restarted Logos yet, then the indexer has two things to do, and that must be too much for it to be able to handle in one pass.
