Open multiple layouts

The proposal is to be able to open multiple layouts simultaneously - hopefully with a tab/folder system.  That way, you could actually create several study specific layouts (dictionaries, maps/images, devotionals, etc) and open them without disturbing your current layout or adding resources to it.  This can't be too hard to do, although I'm not a programmer.  This will be a great feature especially if you only have one monitor.

 I'm hoping it gets more support as I think this is a fantastic idea.  Maybe you will too?

I agree this would be a nice feature. The last time I had a discussion about this, someone suggested creating a layout that included several floating panels (e.g.. one with dictionaries; one with commentaries, etc.) then saving this as a layout. I tried it, but found L4 very slow in loading that layout. Once more optimization has been done in L4 maybe that solution will be more workable for those of us running on good machines, but are not some of the super fast systems other are running.
