ISSUE: L4 Gold - Speed of populating search results
Search itself is, apparently, very fast, but adding results to the list feels a lot like Logos 3 used to feel… very very slow for searches that return a large list. For example, a simple search for ‘love of god’ (without the quotation marks) takes “0.5sec” but takes a few seconds to populate the this.
A search for ‘judgement’ takes only “0.09sec” but takes almost 10 seconds to populate the results list. In the Windows version list population starts immediately and then completes in the background so that it “feels” faster.
I know more optimization is coming soon so please can this be considered. Given that searching the Bible is one of the primary use cases for Logos anything that speeds up the user experience with searching will be a good thing (imho).
