I frequently need to change my preferred translation when I move between preparing sermons (NKJV) and doing academic work (ESV). If there was a command for this "set preferred bible to …" then I could add shortcuts, which would be extremely helpful.

Has anything been done about this suggestion. I also would like to have a way of changing the preferred Bible without having to load the home page. My preferred Bible is usually the ESV, but I am writing a book, and the publisher prefers the NIV. I have a layout for when I am writing the book. It would be nice to be able to change the preferred Bible with a command, or in the preferences menu, or even to be able to set a preferred Bible for each layout. On more than one occasion, I have had to check several pages of my writing because I inadvertently was still using the ESV for the book.

I've added this request to UserVoice. Let's hope it doesn't get drowned out by those clamouring for better notes and quicker processing!
