Reading List Question

I am just discovering Reading Lists. Presently I am studying the book of Jude. When I click on Tools and then Reading Lists a panel opens with the community reading lists and one is shown for Jude which is great. However, a large number of the entries have a padlock next to them indicating that I don't have those particular resource. Is there a way to turn off those entries so that only the resources I have available to me, be it on my machine or the web, are shown?

    Sorry Michael, no such luck.  There is always an attempt to have as many relevant resources as possible so that people at all levels of library can benefit.  

    And it's built in marketing.
