BUG: Morphological search counts double the number of matches (4.1 SR1)

There is a bug in reporting the number of matches ("results") when you do
a
morphological search.

If I search for lemma:ῥακά@n, a word that only
occurs once in the Greek New Testament, Logos reports 2 results in 1 verse. So Logos is double counting the lemma and the morphology as 2 matches.
