Trying to close SEARCH tab causes Logos to hang

Hi, All

I downloaded the Mac GM yesterday. Download and indexing went well and was completed without any issue.

When I first logged in, it opened to a saved layout from some time back and several of these were search tabs. There is one particular search tab which I cannot close. Whenever I try to close it, the spinning beach ball comes on and I have to Force Quit the app.  I have no problems closing other tabs.

I tried a few things e.g. changing the search in that problematic tab. New results were returned without any issue. But when I try to close that tab, its back to the spinning beach ball.

Has anyone encountered similar problem and found a solution? Is there a way I can force close a particular tab?

If log files are required, can someone kindly tell me how do I turn on logging and also where the log files are located on the Mac.

s there a way I can force close a particular tab?

My suggestions are

1. Quit Logos and go to the pub
2. Restart Logos while holding down the command key.
3. Select the option to open in a blank layout.
4. With the blank layout open go to the drop down menu below layouts on the task bar.
5. 'Right (or equivalent)' click on the suspect layout and delete it completely.
6. If required recreate the layout.
7. Go to the pub.
