A History of the First Christians, by Alexander Wedderburn is 'missing' pages 198-250 because they're endnotes now incorporated elsewhere in the resource. The problems is that the reading plan gets completely confused about what pages should be read on each day, and spends most of its time suggesting reading the non-existant pages:
