I have a prior reading plan that I want to start mid stream

In logos 3 I was able to manipulate my reading plans.

For instance my family and I already have a reading plan, we are reading the bible through in two years. We are currently in 1 Kings 18. Now that I have logos 4 set up, it will not allow me to set my reading plan from 1 Kings-Rev? It seems that logos is limted to adjustment compared to Logos 3? Am I mistaken? Any advise would help.

If anything L4 Reading plans are more powerful than in L3.

In the screen shots below you will see all the options you seem to need.

Not sure why 1 Kings-Rev doesn't work for you. You could try to figure it out or you could create a 2 year bible plan starting sometime way int he past, find the day that starts 1 Kings 18, right click and select "catch up to here". Then go to today's date on the calendar, right click on the day and select "Adjust plan from here" However I would want to find out why putting 1Kings-Rev doesn't work. Make sure you are putting it in the box for the reference and not the box to name the reference range. That one has gotten me before.

The only time this sort of thing has happened to me was when I mistakenly had selected a bible translation that did not cover both the OT and NT.

If I am not mistaken, Logos 3 gave the options of separating by Peri-cope or Chapter boundaries. Whereas Logos 4 does not.

No biggie though.

I got it worked out. I was placing 1 Kings 18:22.

I guess it didn't like the verse being added. I think I was able to do it with a verse in Logos 3.

It should work if you place a verse in the box.

It works now. It was fussing at me before. The box would turn red.

I didn't how you suggested and it worked.
