Logos app on iPod Touch not working at all
Dear Logos,
This morning, I could not access my library in the
Logos app on an iPod Touch. I tried to sign in multiple times, but no
effect. I deleted the app and reinstalled, but nothing.
An error message now pops up saying, "Error loading book Logos could not load the specific book."
Last night I was able to access everything in my library; now, nothing.
Please help.

Also, I tried changing my password at logos.com...but it did not help the situation at all. No books, no library.

The server is down. Give it some time and then try again later. Leave the program alone until the server comes back online. if the outage lasts very long, then call or e mail support.

So, I suppose this is one of the downsides of a server based system.

That's what happens when the cloud is down... however, Logos has indicated that they are working on an improved app that does not rely entirely on the cloud.. something to look forward to.
